If your customers use iPhones, your app needs to be on the App Store. We build the iPhone app, set up the listing, write the screenshots and privacy details, and take it through Apple's review. Apple can reject an app for small reasons, such as a missing privacy answer, so we check these before we submit.

Android phones are common across the UAE, so most businesses want both. We build the Android app from the same code as the iPhone app, so you do not pay twice for the same screens. We prepare the Google Play listing, the store text and the release, and fix anything Google flags in review.

1. A short call. We ask what the app needs to do, who will use it, and how you will make money from it. If an app is the wrong answer, we say so.
2. Screens first. You see clickable screens of the whole app before any code is written. Changes are cheap at this stage, so this is where we spend time with you.
3. Build in weekly steps. Every week you get a test build on your own phone. Nothing is hidden until the end.
4. Store submission. We handle the Apple and Google review process, the listings, the screenshots and the privacy pages. We have done this for our own apps, so we know where reviews get stuck.
5. After launch. Bug fixes, store updates when Apple or Google change the rules, and new features as the business grows.

• A live app you can install. Ask to see the app on a store, then download it. A mock-up is not proof.
• Both stores handled for you. Store review is where many projects stall. Ask who does the submission.
• You own the accounts and the code. The app should be listed under your business, not the builder's.
• A fixed quote and weekly builds. You should see a working version on your own phone every week.
