Android App Development in Dubai

KI TECH is an Android app development team in Dubai. We design and build Android apps for small and medium businesses in the UAE and abroad, and publish them on Google Play under your own company name. Our ONOSONIC app is live on Google Play today. We usually build the iPhone version from the same code, so you get both apps from one project.

Android phones are everywhere in the UAE, across every price range. That reach is the reason to be on Google Play, and also the challenge: your app has to work well on many screen sizes and phone makers, not just one flagship.

What we build for Android

Getting onto Google Play the right way

Proof you can install

The ONOSONIC app on Google Play is live today. We built it for a Dubai oral-care brand, together with its App Store version.

How a project runs

  1. A short chat about what the app must do and who will use it. If a web app would do the job for less, we say so.
  2. Screens first. You click through the whole app before any code is written.
  3. A fixed price in writing once the screens are agreed.
  4. Weekly test builds on your own Android phone.
  5. Google Play release under your account, then updates and fixes after launch.

How much does an Android app cost in Dubai?

It depends on the number of screens and on whether the app needs accounts, payments or a back office. We quote a fixed price after one call, covering design, the build, the Google Play release and support after launch. Adding the iPhone version from the same code costs much less than building it separately.

Frequently asked questions

Do you build only for Android, or iPhone too?

Both. We can build an Android-only app, but most businesses want both, and we build them from one codebase.

Will the app be listed under my company name?

Yes. We publish from your own Google Play Console account, so the listing shows your business.

How long does it take to get onto Google Play?

Google's review usually takes a few days. New personal developer accounts also need a two-week closed test first, which is why we usually publish through an organisation account.

Will it work on cheaper Android phones?

Yes. We test on different screen sizes and Android versions, not just one high-end phone.

Do I own the code?

Yes. The code, the design files and the Play Console account belong to you.

Can I see an Android app you built?

Yes. The ONOSONIC app is live on Google Play.

Have an Android app in mind?

Send us a few lines about what the app should do. We will tell you honestly whether it should be an app, and what it would take to get it onto Google Play.
